The permanent conference for the relationship between State, Regions and independent provincial district of Trento and Bolzano, on December 21, 2011, entered into two agreements between the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Health, Regions and independent provincial district of Trento and Bolzano concerning the training of employees on prevention and protection from risks at work places including: (i) training courses for the employer on tasks of prevention and protection from risks, according to the art. 34, par. 2 and 3, Legislative Decree no. 81/2008; (ii) training course for employees, according to the art. 37, par. 2, Legislative Decree no. 81/2008.
