Disable persons not hired by the company are granted with damages for the period between the commencement day ad the actual first working day. This is the statement of Court of Cassation, judgment no. 19609 of September 17, 2014, closing a trial which involved a company that didn’t hire a disable person (to be compulsorily hired) and that was sentenced to damages in the measure of the salary due for the non-fulfilment period.
