The prize Excellence & Innovation HR Award has the objective of selecting the best operation or practice in the world of work and human resources management carried out in Italy, chosen from among the initiatives and projects that have distinguished themselves most:
The Excellence & Innovation HR Award concerns operations or practices characterised by innovativeness and originality that have been implemented by companies already present on the market and/or Italian and foreign start-ups operating in Italy.
The Award was created at the initiative of De Luca & Partners in cooperation with HR Capital with the aim of stimulating reflection on the inspiring principles of the best operations in the world of work, rewarding the excellence that is really able to give impetus to the company, promote competitiveness, productivity and more generally the well-being of individuals and the economy of our country, while at the same time preserving the social pax.
The Award aims to offer, to those who have distinguished themselves, a platform of visibility among the public of professionals and, likewise, to offer to all professionals in the sector tools for in-depth analysis, vision on best practices, and a high-level networking opportunity.
