The Ministry of Labour, with note no. 35/2013, illustrated the changes introduced by the Law Decree 76/2013, converted into Law 99/2013, including those relating the profit-sharing associates with contribution of work. To this regard, it was introduced an amnesty: with the stabilization of the associates the employer extinguishes not only the penalties about their employment but also the penalties about the possible irregular employment of trainees. To benefit of the above mentioned amnesty, the employer will have to sign a collective agreement within September 30 and to deliver it to INPS within January 31, 2014.
