On 30 December 2014 an agreement was signed between Confindustria and Federmanager for renewal of the CCNL dirigenti contract, which will expire on 31 December 2018. New features include an update for remuneration with only one salary level called TMCG (guaranteed total minimum compensation) and using the contract between the company and manager to define a incentive remuneration system, tied to performance or company goals.
