By way of approval of Italian Law No. 172 dated 13 November 2009, the so-called Health ‘unpacking’ from the Employment Ministry has been foreseen. Consequently, two different ministries shall be foreseen in lieu of the Ministry for Employment, Health and Welfare upon the next publication in the State Gazette:
Ø Ministry for Health;
Ø Ministry for Employment and Welfare.
